Introduction
Plimus, Inc. respects each vendor's right to market and sell their wares. However,   we are unable to provide e-commerce services to all vendors. The following list includes items and categories of items that cannot be sold through the Plimus service (the list is not comprehensive and may be updated at any time without notice).

Actions Plimus May Take
If it comes to the attention of Plimus, Inc. that a Plimus vendor is marketing and selling items from this list in violation of Plimus policy, Plimus may close the affected vendor account, and retain any earnings to pay for future chargebacks or administrative costs.

List of Prohibited Items

• Any illegal or unlawful goods or services
• Physical/tangiable products unless they are intended to supplement digital goods (i.e. CD's)
• Pornography & Adult Content: you may NOT sell any Adult subscription services, chat, or any pornography (pictures, videos, DVDs, magazines)
• Pre-Adult Content - Pictures, Videos, etc. of Individuals Under the Age of 18 Years
• Firearms, Ammunition, High Capacity Magazines, Tasers, Stun Guns, Air Guns, Paint Guns, Weapons, Swords and Knive
• Fireworks or Pyrotechnic Devices or Supplies
• Alcoholic Beverages
• Tobacco Products, Smoking Mixtures or Tobacco Substitutes
• Illegal Drugs & Drug Paraphernalia
• Live Animals
• Prescription Drugs or Devices, Controlled Substances, Unapproved Drugs, Unapproved Medical Devices
• Hazardous Materials, Combustibles, Corrosives
• Gambling Transactions or Sports Gambling Prognostication
• Financial Services or Advice, Securities Trading, Insurance, Currency Exchange, Trading Signals
• Virtual Credit and Payment Cards
• Virtual Payment Tokens, Gift Cards, etc., sold for less than face value
• Precious Metals
• Any Service or Product Requiring a License to Practice, e.g. Legal, Medical or Therapy Services
• Corporation Formation Services, Bank Account Establishment Services
• Replica and Name Brand "Knock Off" Products
• Satellite Signal Decoding Products, Cards and Card Programming
• Sites That Promote Hatred, Racism or Religious Persecution
• Degrees or Diplomas (Unless accredited by an association recognized by CHEA, ASPA, or U.S. Secretary of Education)
• Radar and Laser Detectors and Jammers
• Recalled Products
• Human Body Parts, Fluids, and Remains
• Stolen Property
• Pharmaceutical products
• Any product or service enabling consumers to circumvent locks, programming codes or security features, or to gain access to features or services for which the user has not expressly paid
