Busy Week - Network Sales Launched, Take Charge Webinar on Building Subscription Business

 

This has been an especially busy week at Plimus. On Sunday 26th April we released our new Network Sales initiative and on Thursday 30th April we have the second webinar session in our Take Charge Spring Series 2009, on Subscriptions.

We’ll be focusing a lot more about Network Sales in the coming weeks. We are very excited about the opportunities that Network Selling can bring to our Vendors. The accent is firmly on the concept of building partnerships with other online businesses and breaking down barriers to cooperation between fellow Vendors and Affiliates.

The Plimus platform now enables every Plimus Vendor to sell products from other Vendors alongside their own as Promotions, and to have their products marketed and sold by other Vendors and Affiliates.

This ability to increase both product inventory and points of sale has the potential to help you sell like never before, and we recommend that you log in to your administration account today and browse through the Learning Center starter guides and explanatory Video. To help both Vendors and Affiliates get started on Network Sales there are some pre-approved products that you can start selling without the need for specific approval from the product suppliers.

My colleague Simon Jones, Plimus VP Marketing will be heading Thursday’s Webinar which starts at 8 AM PST. The session will cover Subscriptions and demonstrate how to develop subscription-based offerings using Plimus, including a look at Software as a Service models.
