Forum Rules & Objectives
3 Jan 2009

Objectives
The aim of the forum is to encourage and facilitate positive discussion, exchange of information, views and opinions about global E-Commerce. We also hope that the board and the offers section will become an area for people to promote and develop effective business and networking relationships with other sellers and affiliates and to spread industry news and views.
We passionately believe that the Web and social commerce can make a profound and positive difference on the way we sell, affiliate and purchase, and that this is an exciting time to be involved in shaping the future of the market.
The forums are designed to be a sounding board for the whole industry and not just Plimus users. Please feel free to include links to news and feature materials that you think will be of use to other users.

Encouraging the positive
We want to avoid the boards becoming a place pushing one business solution or another, and need to exercise care in terms of the publication of criticism or service problems raised against Plimus or other service providers. Most companies have support areas for such matters to be raised, and what we would much rather see here are comments that will assist the community as a whole such as advice, workarounds, and tips to other users with a focus on the positive, as well as lively discussion. Personal gripes and problems are not usually that interesting for others to read.
As regards Plimus itself we have a Forum section for Feature requests.
The Forum is not the area for raising Support issues, and we urge you to use the Sellers' Support or Customer Support sections for such requests, as we have dedicated resources and staff to deal with such matters. Posting a Support issue in the forum usually results in a response requesting further specific information and unlike the Support services the forum is not monitored around the clock.
