I just had a customer tell me that their download link was inactive. This was less than 24 hours from the timestamp on the email they received containing the url. This raises several questions:

1) Isn't the url supposed to be active for 48 hours?

2) After I re-activate the download, is the same URL used?

3) It would be beneficial if the vendor had access to:
- The user's download url
- The number of times the url has been used
- Any other related information Plimus keeps

Instead of having to say, "You'll receive the download url in a separate email," I'd rather say, "here's the download url..."
