I am a non-us vendor who gets paid by wire transfer. I always get payment on the 16th of a month for the last 3 years. However, I have not received payment yet as it is the 16th already - checked with the bank - nothing yet.
I have emailed accounting and am waiting for a response. It could be because of the weekend but I am not sure. I am getting a bit worried. Is there any other non-us vendor in the same situation?

Payments were processed on time on Plimus’s end, but as Derek mentioned in his comment yesterday, Presidents Day fell on a Monday, and this caused the delay. We still have not been received payment for last month. It usually takes 2 days for it to be received but this time it has been over 1 week.
I tried to contact Plimus support. It has been more than 24 hours and my requests for information from the Plimus support has not been replied. This is very concerning and stressful since it is a large amount and Plimus does not reply to emails.
If the money is sent, I need some information so that I can contact the bank and ask them to track it.

I have checked with our accounts department and it does appear that due to Presidents Day being a bank holiday payments may slightly be delayed.
