I have had many cases where the client is waiting for approval of the payment a few days. This abnormally.
Plimus sales support works very slowly.
I think that the antifraud too rigid and often reject many normal orders.
Some examples:
Client writes to me in ICQ that place an order and waiting aproval.
I wrote to him that Plimus should call. He waits all day and rejected the order. Calls were not!
Also i have order which in the pending review status along 3 days!.
And no need to tell me that the approval speed depends on the client.
Once the customer has made payment through Paypal (Verified account) , confirmed the order by clicking on the link in his email, but still his order was not approved!
All this he told me in ICQ
What I could still help him? Soon he call the Plimus and only after that his order was approved.
I think Plimus must more quickly approve or reject orders!
