Customer Service Representative-IL
Position Description
Plimus is seeking a Customer Support representative for the CS team. The position includes: Handling incoming inquiries from customers via phone / e-mail / application tickets, Order anti-fraud review and screening
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Quick learning skills
- Highly motivated service oriented, multitasking, organized, detailed, responsible, precise and committed.
- Ability to work in a team and follow procedures
- English mother tongue level, other languages are an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- At least 2-3 years experience as service customer support person
- Shift manager experience – an advantage
- Minimum 5 shifts a week, work from home and office on weekends when required. – Must be able available to work morning, evening and night shifts – High availability a must.
- Flexibility a must
- 1 year commitment
