Plimus To Introduce New Default BuyNow Template

We are please to announce that the next Plimus Version release due on Sunday, November 1st features a brand new default BuyNow template design.

This should help increase conversions and sales as it is more attractive and easier for customers to complete than the classic blue Plimus BuyNow page.

New contracts created after the release will use the new BuyNow template design. Existing contracts using the classic blue template will not be affected.

Some Practical Tips on Using the New and Old Templates

1. Using the new design on new contracts
The new default template will be automatically adopted on all contracts created after the release on November 1st. This will not apply to contracts using customized templates.

2. Using the classic design on new contracts
If you wish to create new pages utilizing the classic blue template, you have two simple options:

1.) Duplicate an existing contract that pre-dates the version release
2.) Add the following additional parameter to the end of the existing BuyNow URL, as shown below: &templateId=1

3. Using the new design on existing contracts
If you like the new template and want to deploy it on existing contracts, add the following parameter to the end of the existing default BuyNow URL: &templateId=2
