When you are logged in, all visitors to your order pages will see a graphic offering Live Assistance. When shoppers click the link, they will be immediately connected to you for real-time assistance. When you log out, shoppers will see an alternate graphic offering them the opportunity to leave a message, preventing attempts to enter a chat when you are unavailable.

Plimus Live Assistance is directly comparable to many fee-based offerings in the marketplace today - many of which cost hundreds of dollars per month to integrate into a seller’s site.
