Instant Answers, our knowledge based system, should probably be your first place to go with questions. Accessible through the Seller control panel by clicking on the "Support" link at the top right of your screen, Instant Answers gives you constant access to a knowledge database that can often provide immediate guidance on a host of service questions.

Submit a Support Ticket for More In-Depth Help

If you have a support issue that requires more specific assistance, just open a Support Ticket through the "Support" section in your control panel.

Our Seller Support Team hours are as follows:

Sunday to Thursday 6AM - 5PM 1AM - 12PM (Noon)
Friday 4PM - 12AM 11AM - 8PM

We will respond within 24 hours to a request logged within working hours.

Plimus' Seller Support team also offers Live Chat Support and this is available Sunday to Thursday during the same working hours as shown above.
