Improved Functionality - Affiliates

This guide covers some of the new functions and interface changes in the upgraded Affiliates section. As part of our new Network Sales initiative we are encouraging more Vendors to start working with Affiliate Partners using the Plimus platform.

There are now more relevant reporting tools available along with an improved user interface. We also invite you take the opportunity to market some of the Featured Offers in our improved Product Locator section and to participate in the Plimus Community.

Get Detailed Information About Your Products & Contracts

1. Affiliates now have much more information at their fingertips about their Affiliate contracts. The opening page lists the products you have permission to sell with basic statistics. Clicking on a product brings up the Product Information screen.
2. Recent requests you have issued to sell other products appear in the Pending Requests table.
The page also lists recent activities.
3. Just click on the order reference number to view relevant Order Information Table.

Product Page

The system now allows you to click into the Product Information screen to view the relevant contracts and commission information. Click on the Contract link to access the Contract's General Information and Sales/Marketing links.

Contract Information and Relevant Links

The Contract Page also features Buy Now, Product information, Trial Download links and an IPN Notification table. Affiliates can now set automatic notifications to collect transaction data.

Featured Product Offers

The Products Locator page now includes a list of Featured Offers from leading Plimus Sellers that are ready for you to market. Just click the Sell This button to get an invite link, then log in and the relevant Contract should be ready for use.

Order Locator

Affiliates can now locate order information using the Order locator interface. Click the Order locator menu link to access.

Order Information Table

The Order Information Table provides relavant transaction information. The display includes supplier contact details relating to multi-Partner sale transactions and pricing details.

Improved Reports

The reports section is now more focused on reports that are useful to Affiliate businesses.

Plimus Community

Over 2,500 online sellers are currently enrolled as members of the Plimus community and Affiliates are welcome. You can set up offers to sell products, promote your business by writing a short blog item and also contribute to Forums.
