Becoming a Plimus Affiliate

Step-by-Step Tutorial:

1. Join Plimus as an Affiliate or Seller

Just select the Affiliate registration link after clicking on the Register Now button from the Plimus front page.
If you also have your own products to sell then we recommend you register as a Seller, which will allow you to sell both your own products and act as an affiliate seller of other companies' items.

2. Complete the Registration Form

Registering literally takes a minute. Just provide the relevant information and you'll have immediate access to the system. You'll need to verify your email details within a week

3. Check out Plimus' Recommended Affiliate Offers in the Product Catalog

Open the Product Catalog Link from the home page and you will also see a selection of Featured Offers on products which you can begin marketing as a Plimus Affiliate or even as a Plimus Seller. These products have been selected by Plimus because of their popularity or attractive commission rates. The product suppliers will usually accept your request to sell these products without delay.

Click the Sell This Product button on any product which you wish to sell.

Once you select an item the Request to Sell form will open.

4. Find Additional Items to Sell using the Product Catalog Search

As an alternative you can also search for more specific items that fit your market by using the Product Catalog's search facility. Here for instance we are searching for particular item, but you can also select categories and sub categories to match your market needs.

Once you have located the item you wish to sell click the Sell This Product button and the Request to Sell dialog will open.

5. Complete the Request to Sell Form

Review the Affiliate terms being offered and feel free to add your own comments to help the supplier decide whether you are a good fit for their product, or request a different commission if you wish. Then press Submit.

The product supplier will now be able to contact you at the address you have set in your Plimus account preferences under Contact Information.

6. Your Request is Accepted and you Receive an Email Notification

When your request is accepted you will receive an email notification with your unique affiliate sales urls. A notification will also be sent if your request is turned down.

7. The Item Appears in Your Products List

When you are approved to sell as Affiliate the Product will be automatically added to your Product and Contract listings.

8. Start Selling Using the BuyNow Links on Your Contract Set Up Page

If you press the link to the Contract you will see your unique BuyNow URL links, and where provided by the Product Vendor, trackable Product Information and Trial Download links. Sales resulting from any of these page links will be credited to your account.

Just add these links to sales buttons and sales text links on your site and in your marketing emails. It's simple and straight forward. You will be paid directly from Plimus, so your commission is secure!

9. Sales Notifications and Full Access to Order Information Pages

You get mail notifications of sales, and can set up Instant Notifications if required on your contract set up page. As an Affiliate you also get access to all relevant transaction information through the Order Information page for each order.

10. Access Live Reports

Just press the Commissions link on your home page to bring up the Reports selection screen to track your sales and commissions. You can select other reports using the drop down menu. The system delivers all the reports you need to manage your sales and the reports can be saved to Excel with just one click.

11. Keep Up-to-Date with New Affiliate Sales Opportunities

Plimus issues regular newsletter and control panel notifications of the latest Affiliate Sales offers from leading product vendors at attractive commission rates. Check these offers to make sure you continue to offer great products.
